Guaranteeing Your Success in Meditation

The SKY Breathing Meditation course is a step-by-step practical approach to making your meditation experience easy, enjoyable and effective. After the course you will be able to do the practices at home, plus, to ensure you get the most out of the practices you can attend guided group sessions weekly for free. These extended group sessions give you a big boost each week. Periodic deep meditation retreats are also offered.

In addition to the SKY Breathing Meditation, you will learn several other techniques plus there will be interactive processes and discussion about habits and tendencies of the mind that can help your relationships and bring more ease and joy into your life.

My name is Karyn,
I am a breast cancer survivor who also had open heart surgery nine months after the cancer surgery and radiation. Those procedures resulted in multiple medical bills and seemingly endless changes in my health status. Given all these stressors I have found that yoga and later
the Sky breathing meditation process has given me more options to strive for less stress using the breathing/meditation program.

I feel an inner sense of calm, peace and contentment. I find these feelings are more since I just finished the three and a half day silent breathing/meditation this past weekend. I found it to be a wonderful personal growth opportunity as well.

I find the breathing is a help to fall asleep when that is elusive. I continue to work on relaxation daily using these techniques I have learned.

I also find the weekly group meeting [in Winston Salem] with the longer version of breathing/meditation gives group support and social contacts while sharing a vegetarian meal is something I look forward to. It's a bit of a "community". Thank you for this opportunity to share.
